Create JSON backups, restore, and reset store data.

In the merchant dashboard: After sign-in → merchant dashboard — Sign in · Sign in to dashboard

Backup

Single JSON contains products, customers, orders, tickets, reviews, loyalty, and analytics. Available in Backup tab.

Restore from existing backup card or "Upload and restore from device". It replaces the listed data sets.

Selective wipe — integration settings and merchant dashboard license are retained. Read in-dashboard warning before executing.
