First dashboard sign-in

Accessing the merchant dashboard, understanding the home screen, and owner vs staff roles.

In the merchant dashboard: Home — metrics and device activation

Sign in

Go to /login and enter your email and password. You will be redirected to /merchant-portal — the merchant dashboard.

First screen

  • Device activation card if the current device is not trusted yet.
  • Metrics (products, customers, orders, licenses) — initially zero.
  • Merchant Discord community banner if enabled by the platform.

Roles

StaffDepends on owner grants — may be restricted from integration settings

When is full dashboard access unlocked?

Typically requires: active platform license + trusted device + admin activation code. Check readiness status in the Settings tab.
