1) Who does this document apply to?
This document addresses public site visitors, merchant onboarding applicants, website and store dashboard users, and any party interacting with public verification interfaces (such as verifying a product license on a game server). If you are a merchant, your end-customer data is processed in your store's context according to your settings and tools—the platform provides the technical infrastructure for that.
2) Types of data that may be collected
2.1 Account and identity data
Email address, display name, password (stored in a secure non-recoverable format), user identifiers within the system, and store identifier tenant_id.
2.2 Operations and security data
Request IP addresses, request timestamps, client type (browser/script), and concise error logs that help prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
2.3 Merchant operational data
Product names, license keys (or their hashes depending on design), order status, Discord integrations (server and channel IDs when connected), and store settings chosen by the merchant.
2.4 Third-party data (Discord and others)
When Discord is connected, Discord user identifiers and automated bot messages may pass through according to what the merchant enables. This processing is also subject to Discord's policies as an external platform.
3) Processing purposes
- Service delivery: sign-in, license issuance, verification, and running your account interfaces.
- Compliance and protection: fraud prevention, request limits, and monitoring of public verification interface usage.
- Performance improvement: aggregated, non-identified metrics when needed to understand service usage.
4) Legal basis (general framework)
We rely on contractual necessity to perform our obligations to you as a service user, legitimate interests in securing the system, and—where applicable—explicit consent when collecting marketing or non-essential data. Details vary by user jurisdiction; please refer to any additional notices provided with your subscription or on the site.
5) Sharing with third parties
We do not sell merchant or customer data. Infrastructure providers (hosting, email, monitoring) may be used under processing agreements when required. Discord integration means data passes through Discord's infrastructure according to your settings.
6) Retention period
Operational logs and backups are retained according to the service operator's policy. Merchants should set their own policies for customer data (for example, order log retention) within what law and the platform allow.
7) Individual rights (general framework)
Users should be able to request correction, deletion, or export of their data under applicable law. This is handled through support or contact channels shown on the site or in official service messages.
8) Children and sensitive content
The service is intended for businesses and adult developers. We do not intentionally collect children's data.
9) Changes to this policy
We may update this text to reflect new features. The update date appears at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after an update is subject to the operator's applicable terms of use.
