1) Acceptance
By using the website, store dashboard, or API interfaces, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and the privacy policy and agree to comply with them to the extent permitted by law.
2) Definitions
- Platform: The software and interfaces provided by the service operator.
- Merchant: The owner of a licensed store within the platform.
- End customer: Anyone who purchases or activates a product through a merchant.
3) Accounts and access
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. The service operator may suspend or terminate accounts proven to be involved in abuse, plan limit violations, or attempts to access another store's data.
4) Permitted use
- Managing products, licenses, and customers within plan limits.
- Using license verification interfaces according to official documentation (request headers, rate limits, IP binding when required).
- Enabling Discord integrations within plan limits and applicable anti-spam and commercial messaging laws.
5) Prohibited use
- Attempting to disable store isolation or access another merchant's data.
- Reselling platform access without a written agreement with the service operator.
- Injecting harmful content or exploiting public interfaces for unauthorized security testing.
6) Content and customer responsibility
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, compliance with industry rules (such as FiveM terms or Discord policies), and their own refund policies. The platform is a tool; commercial obligations to customers remain with the merchant.
7) Availability and maintenance
Temporary outages or planned maintenance may occur. 100% uptime is not guaranteed unless a written agreement specifies a service level.
8) Intellectual property
Rights to the platform code and general design remain with the service operator or its licensors. This document does not grant merchants ownership of the platform source code.
9) Service termination
The service operator may stop serving a merchant when a subscription ends or terms are violated, according to procedures announced on the site or via official email.
10) Governing law and disputes
Jurisdiction and applicable law are defined in documents accompanying your subscription or in official communication with the service operator when needed.
