Link server & verify (Guild ID)

Invite the bot, enter your server ID, and verify the link before going live.

In the merchant dashboard: After sign-in → merchant dashboard — Sign in · Sign in to dashboard

Guild ID

The ID of your Discord server where your store operates. Get it by enabling Developer Mode → right click server → Copy Server ID.

Connection verification

Save Guild ID (and bot token if dedicated bot).
Click "Verify bot server link".
Wait for success message — verification timestamp is stored server-side.

If verification fails

Bot is not in the server — re-invite it.
Guild ID is incorrect or contains extra spaces.
Shared platform bot token is not configured on server side (contact platform support).
