Store SMTP email

Configure store email, test delivery, and when it is used with customers.

In the merchant dashboard: After sign-in → merchant dashboard — Sign in · Sign in to dashboard

Purpose

Store email for customer-facing messages (confirmation, notifications) — separate from the platform email used for merchant applications.

Setup

  1. From integration settings, enter SMTP host, port, username, and password.
  2. Save — password is stored encrypted.
  3. Use "Send test email" if available.

Tips

  • Use an address on your own domain ([email protected]) for better trust.
  • SPF/DKIM on your domain reduces rejections.
