Order states, approval, rejection, delivery, and resending package links.

In the merchant dashboard: After sign-in → merchant dashboard — Sign in · Sign in to dashboard

Order states

State	Meaning
temporary	Customer started checkout but did not complete
pending	Waiting for your approval or payment confirmation
completed	Completed — license issued
rejected	Rejected

From dashboard or via !approve in admin channel — license is issued and a DM is sent to customer.

"Package delivery" column is for automated path — when "Ready for download", use "Resend link" if needed. See Automated delivery.
