Customer record

Each customer is linked to a Discord ID when purchasing via bot or website. In the Customers tab, you can review orders and licenses.

For website commerce, customer email confirmation may be required before full checkout.

Do not share your customer data with other merchants — tenant isolation is enforced platform-wide.
